Our artworks are made to order and fully customized. Therefore, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to these products.
Of course, we do everything we can to deliver your order in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we will find a suitable solution together.
All YOUR-IMAGES pieces are printed, framed, and shipped on demand to our customers. That means that every artwork is custom, just for you as a collector. As a result, all orders are final as soon as they are placed. In the event the artwork arravis damaged, please notify us immediately via Email within 48 hours with documented visable images of it and from the package it arrived with. We will assess the situation and work towards finding a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement. Once an artwork is delivered, we are not responsible for stolen artworks or packages from your front doors. We want you to be in love with your piece!

All orders are made on demand, after 24 hours we will starting printing, mounting, and framing specifically for you order.
After 24 hours, we are unable to modify your order as well. Please reach out to us by email at : info@your-images.com or whatsapp at this page as soon as possible if you think something went wrong during your order.
In case of complaints, a consumer should first contact the entrepreneur. If the webshop is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer should contact WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge. You can check whether this webshop has an active membership via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/. If the dispute is still not resolved, the consumer has the option to have the complaint handled by the independent dispute committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The decision of this committee is binding, and both the entrepreneur and the consumer agree to this binding decision. Submitting a dispute to this dispute committee involves costs, which must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
To ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship, each order is meticulously crafted for our collectors on a per order basis. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read our store policy carefully before making a purchase.
CANCELING ORDERS / DISPUTING CHARGES
All artwork orders are final from the moment they are placed. Orders may not be canceled or exchanged. Any attempt to steal an artwork or engage in fraudulent activities, such as filing false claims with a credit card company, is strictly prohibited and will be considered an act of fraud. YOUR-IMAGES takes fraud seriously and will vigorously pursue legal action against individuals involved in such activities. Any person found guilty of these acts may be subject to penalties and damages of up to $250,000 per artwork, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We are committed to protecting our artworks and our business, and will take swift action against any fraudulent actions to the fullest extent of the law. By purchasing an artwork from YOUR-IMAGES, you explicitly agree to these terms and acknowledge the potential penalties and damages associated with fraudulent actions, theft or a breach of the terms of our policies in any manner.
COPYRIGHT
All content, including but not limited to photographs, images, artwork, logos, graphics, slogans and text, displayed on the YOUR-IMAGES website is protected by copyright law and owned exclusively by YOUR-IMAGES. Users of the website are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using any content without prior written authorization from YOUR-IMAGES.
Unauthorized use of content from the YOUR-IMAGES website may constitute copyright infringement, which is a violation of federal and international copyright laws. YOUR-IMAGES reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any individual or entity found to be infringing upon its copyrights.

By accessing the YOUR-IMAGES website or purchasing artworks, you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions regarding the use of photographs (“Photographs”) provided by YOUR-IMAGES (“Company”):
The Photographs provided by YOUR-IMAGES are protected by copyright law and owned exclusively by the Company. You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, creating derivative works of, or distributing the Photographs without prior written authorization from YOUR-IMAGES.
Any unauthorized use of the Photographs may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.
By using or purchasing artworks from YOUR-IMAGES, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Photographs in violation of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
By exploring YOUR-IMAGES and its offerings, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the legally binding terms and conditions set forth herein.
LOST, STOLEN OR MISSING ARTWORKS
We expressly disclaim any responsibility for theft or loss of artworks that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address, as evidenced by valid proof of delivery. Upon delivery confirmation, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. We strongly advise customers to ensure the security of the delivered artworks at the designated shipping address.
Furthermore, we shall not be held responsible for replacing artworks that are reported as missing, stolen or not located, unless such reports are made within a strict 48-hour window from the documented delivery date. Any claims of non-receipt or missing artworks must be promptly communicated to us within this specified timeframe. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any claims for replacement or reimbursement.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and secure the delivered artworks promptly. We recommend reviewing the delivered items within the 48-hour timeframe to address any concerns or discrepancies. After this period, we assume no responsibility for replacing or reimbursing artworks reported as missing or not located. If your delivery address has issues withs stolen or missing artworks we recommend putting “Signature Required” in the notes of your artwork order at checkout.
